Executive training that changes how you decide, not just what you know

Most leadership programmes add information. Ours rewires the judgment patterns that actually drive your results — under real pressure, with real stakes.

Before we teach anything, we map what is already happening

Every engagement begins with a decision-pattern diagnostic — a structured assessment that reveals how you and your team actually make high-stakes calls. Not personality types. Not communication styles. The real cognitive habits that shape outcomes when pressure rises and information is incomplete.

Blind-spot mapping

We identify the specific biases that consistently distort your strategic calls — anchoring, sunk-cost attachment, confirmation loops — and rank them by business impact so the training targets what matters most.

Decision-speed audit

Speed is not always virtue. We measure where your team over-deliberates (missing windows) and where it rushes (creating rework), then calibrate the programme to close both gaps.

Stakeholder friction index

Many leadership failures are not individual — they are relational. We score the friction points between key decision-makers so the training addresses the system, not just the person.

Five phases, zero filler

We do not deliver generic modules. Each phase is sequenced to build on the one before it, and every exercise uses scenarios drawn from your actual business context.

1

Diagnostic intake

Structured interviews, a 360-degree decision audit, and a confidential self-assessment create the baseline. This takes roughly two weeks and shapes everything that follows.

2

Pattern disruption

Intensive two-day workshop using live simulations that surface your default decision reflexes. Participants confront their own patterns in real time — uncomfortable, but effective.

3

Framework installation

We replace old habits with field-tested decision frameworks: pre-mortem analysis, option-forcing protocols, and calibrated confidence scoring. Each one is practiced until it becomes instinctive.

4

Live application

Over six weeks, participants apply the new frameworks to actual business decisions. Faculty coaches provide weekly feedback loops tied to measurable outcomes, not abstract competencies.

5

Reinforcement review

Ninety days post-programme, we re-run the diagnostic. You see exactly what shifted, what held, and where the next growth edge lies. No guesswork — just data.

Three programme tracks, each built differently

What changed for these organisations

Names withheld by agreement. Industries and outcomes verified by independent audit.

Financial services — regional bank
After the crucible programme, our executive committee reduced average decision cycle time by 34 percent on major credit approvals without increasing default rates. The frameworks gave us a shared language for risk that we never had before.
34% faster strategic decisions · zero increase in risk exposure
Technology — enterprise SaaS
The intervention exposed that our leadership team had been avoiding resource-allocation conflicts for over a year. Within eight weeks we had a new governance model and three stalled product lines were either funded or formally killed.
3 stalled initiatives resolved · governance model rebuilt
Healthcare — hospital group
We enrolled twelve clinical directors in the accelerator. The biggest shift was in how they handled ambiguity during operational crises — less escalation, more autonomous judgment, and measurably better patient-flow outcomes.
40% reduction in unnecessary escalations
Real estate — development conglomerate
Our board had a pattern of anchoring on sunk costs in land acquisitions. The programme made that pattern visible and gave us a pre-mortem protocol. We exited two underperforming projects six months earlier than we would have otherwise.
Estimated HK$180M saved in carrying costs

Things prospective participants ask us

MBA programmes teach frameworks in a classroom setting with case studies from other companies. We work with your live decisions, in your context, with your team dynamics. The diagnostic means we never deliver generic content — every exercise maps to a pattern we have already observed in your organisation.

The diagnostic and coaching phases work well remotely. The intensive workshops are designed to be in-person — we find that the pattern-disruption exercises lose potency on a screen. We typically convene teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, or a location of your choice for the residential components.

We re-administer the decision-pattern diagnostic ninety days after programme completion. We also track two to three business-specific KPIs that were agreed at the start — for example, decision cycle time, escalation frequency, or project-kill speed. You get a written report comparing baseline to outcome.

Pricing depends on programme track, cohort size, and the degree of customisation. The crucible starts at HK$280,000 per participant. The accelerator starts at HK$120,000. Team interventions are scoped individually. We are transparent about costs during the diagnostic call — no hidden fees or upsells.

Our core team includes former C-suite operators, behavioural economists, and organisational psychologists — all with at least fifteen years of practice. We do not use junior facilitators or subcontract delivery. The person you meet in the diagnostic call is the person who leads your programme.

Book your diagnostic call

Tell us a little about your situation. We will respond within one business day with available times for a thirty-minute call — no pitch, just an honest conversation about whether we are the right fit.
